Dallas ENT Head & Neck Surgery

From scheduling my appointment to my visit, the customer services was great! I really appreciated it and it was refreshing because the last few doctors appointments I've had (elsewhere) the staff hasn't been the nicest and going to the doctor is stressful enough as it is. They were very through in helping me figure out what is going on with my sinuses. They also laid out costs I could expect ahead of time instead of hitting me with a surprise bill at the end.

As always, my visits with Dr. Pandit and his staff are pleasant! His staff are kind and knowledgeable. So, whether I have reason to see him or not, I’m always in good hands with the members of his staff. They’re positive and uplifting—-always helping me to feel relaxed and good about my visits. They allow me to participate in the plan and I like that. They’re awesome!!

Dr. Pandit and his team were the best of the best from start to finish. His team is so thorough in gathering information before your appointment! My condition was out of the ordinary, I had an allergic reaction to something. Dr. Pandit knew what what wrong with me when no other doctor did and was 100% right on his diagnosis. I have had a slow recovery but I am almost back to normal! His knowledge and expertise gave me hope and confidence that I would recover with time! Highly recommended!

Before selling my business five years ago I ran a contract management service wherein my company contracted with physicians to manage their practice for them such that relieved of management the client was able to focus fully on distraction free patient care resulting in focus which increased client productivity. Why is this background important? I had not previously met Dr. Pandit or any of his staff. I was referred to him by City Doc who determined that I needed to see an ENT because my problem exceeded their capability. Dr. Pandit was not the first of a number of physicians on the referral list that I contacted but his staff was the first to make room for me in a packed schedule. I did not know what to expect. What I found was an extremely well organized practice, in fact the best I had ever experienced. Staff were knowledgeable, warm and quick to address their part of the care process. The office was extremely well equipped. I needed surgical removal of nasal cysts/polyps. In two visits the scope of work was established, surgery scheduled and I was provided a game plan in which I had complete confidence. The overall experience was better than any I have ever experienced and continued with excellent post surgical care. Thanks so much for resolving a serious problem of which I was totally unaware. In the time I ran my practice management business I’ve seen many examples, good and bad. This practice is so exceptional that I would have found it impossible to replicate. This is the worst place I’ve ever seen. First you have to explain your problem for two people before you talk to the doctor, second he requested a blood work and no one called me back to schedule an appointment after they got the results. I called and sent an email September 12th cause according to them they didn’t get anything from the lab. Guess what? No one called me back and they charged my insurance for $859 (just the consultation) for nothing!! I choose this doctor cause the best doctor in Dallas in 2023. I few it’s more marketing than anything else.
